A personal exercise programme is a strategy that details the physical exercises you should perform in order to reach your goals, and the amount of time you should spend on each exercise. Each programme is tailored specifically to the person's needs and goals.
A common definition is, “To be physically fit means to be in a state of health and well-being. Physical fitness is defined as the body's ability to function efficiently and effectively in work and leisure activities, to be healthy, to resist disease and to react to emergency situations.
According to the exercise physiologist Brad Schoenfeld, there are three primary mechanisms of muscle growth: Muscle tension, metabolic stress and muscle damage. Oftentimes all of these factors are correlated with the amount of weight you lift.
You'll do the same workout split with the same exercises for the whole month to hit your entire body, but each week you'll ramp up the intensity through the use of supersets, dropsets, and circuits, helping you sculpt muscle while burning a ton of fat.

I was born in Hanau/Germany in 1982. I have studied Physical Education and Sports Training in university and got my degree in 2006.
In 2005, I have acquired the certificate of coaching in "Step Dance and Aerobics Trainer". I'm qualified in subjects such as personal workout, fitness and Step-Aerobic with 15 years of experience in the field.
My aim is to make workout and sports activities alongside of a balanced and healthy diet be a part of people's lives. I want to be of professional help and aid during your journey to become a healthier, stronger verison of yourself.
